I have tried them all and this one works the best. There is a generic in the stores, but I don't think Walmart makes one yet. But name brand stuff is cool, and delivered to my door in my area where parking is difficult makes Walmart online surprisingly a very frequent "go to" site for me.

The smell is strong and mediciney. I don't mind but many might. Otherwise, this is the only product that works for my seborrheic dermatitis and itchy scalp! It also leaves my hair feeling clean. It is a little rough on color treated hair but I would expect that with a product not designed for colored hair. Highly recommend for anyone who struggles with scalp issues!

This is our life saver for psoriasis scalp!

Bought product for my 11yr old daughter, as her scalp was/is very dry and a very bad build up. This shampoo really helps and cleans her scalp. I haven't found any issues with this product.

So far after 3 weeks is using for 2x per week I see progress that I haven't seen with other shampoos. Other shampoos would calm the itchiness for like two hours. This t gel shampoo has calmed it down, each time getting better, and I progressively see less dandruff. My dandruff is so hard to get rid off and I tried so many products before this. It does have a strong smell, since I have long hair I can wash my bottom portion of my hair with a different shampoo and nice smelling conditioner and afterwards put on a leave in conditioner to make it smell relatively normal. I just avoid putting anything on my scalp so I don't mess up the t gel process.
